They are actually called "Gog" & "Magog" and are near the 12 Apostles but not actually part of them. The beauty of these formations is that you can get right down onto the beach to see the magnitude of them, but you have to pick your times as the tide is trecherous!

Thanks Mark, yes I used a B+W 10 stop ND filter, the split toning was done in photoshop.
